In accordance with Article 5 of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, the application you send to the Company must include;

  • Name, surname, and, if written, signature,
  • For Turkish citizens, Turkish Republic ID number; for foreigners, nationality, passport number, or if available, identity number,
  • Place of residence or business address for notification purposes,
  • Place of residence or business address for notification purposes,
  • If available, an email address, telephone, and fax number for notification purposes,
  • Subject of the request.

Additionally, you must include the necessary information and documents related to the subject of your application.

The Company will conclude your request free of charge as soon as possible and within no later than thirty days, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process requires an additional cost, the Company will charge the fee specified in the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.
